Mary's presence in our lives

The 8th November 2022, during the meeting with the world ADMA (South American Region), Fr Alejandro Guevara spoke to us about the importance of making known the good news we are having in relation to the experiences of our Association of Mary Help of Christians. For this reason, we would like to share the following with you:

Last Sunday, 6 November, 2022, a meeting of the ADMA-ARN (North Argentina) Central Zone (Alta Gracia, Córdoba - Pío X and Río Tercero) was held.

The meeting was held in the city of Alta Gracia. We came from the two cities mentioned above in what we call 'the second Marian Caravan' (the previous one was in 2014). We started at 10 a.m. with Holy Mass (presided by Fr Claudio González sdb). Then, the post-novices (Mauro and Francisco) showed us a video and we relived the moment of canonisation of Artémides Zatti. This was followed by a moment of getting to know each other and witnessing (each of the 40 participants) of Mary Help of Christians' help and protection in our lives. It was very moving to hear the miraculous testimonies of Mary's presence in our lives. During lunch we took the opportunity to chat with our table companions with whom we recalled experiences such as the International Congress of Mary Help of Christians in Buenos Aires Argentina - 2019, among others. Thereafter, Rubén Romero sdb, spoke to us briefly, but in a very concrete way, about the next program: To move to the Grotto and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes in Alta Gracia. Consequently, at 4.30 p.m. we set off (caravan) towards the Sanctuary. There we visited the chapel and participated in the prayer of the Holy Rosary at 5.30 p.m. together with the other parishioners. A few years ago, during the restoration work on the chapel, the statue of the Virgin Mary was moved and the following day, a luminous manifestation was observed in her niche, which copied her image and is still there imprinted today, even brighter than at the beginning. Finally, we shared snacks in the Shrine gardens and returned to the Caravan, back to our homes. It was a beautiful Marian day. We returned with our hearts touched by the Blessed Mother. In North Argentina we promote these meetings where we see each other, embrace each other fraternally, we feel like brothers and sisters, we feel like a family, a part of the big family of ADMA and of Don Bosco. We invite those who can, in their provinces (who are separated due to distance) to hold these zonal/regional level meetings. We hope that the narrative of our meeting has been of interest and encouragement to you.
